Merge and unify records so different companies' financials consolidate cleanly.

Enter Consolidated Mode with two or more companies, then click Merge on the Customers or Vendors page. Likely duplicates across your companies are grouped for you; choose the record to keep, retype its name to confirm, and the others are merged into it. Invoices, bills, and payments are re-pointed; amounts do not change.
Requires Consolidated Mode with two or more companies and a role that can edit records. A merge deletes the non-surviving records, so review before confirming.
