How refunds, cancellations, and billing errors are handled for Count My Bucks paid plans.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Plain-language summary: monthly plans are non-refundable; annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of your first purchase; billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded; and canceling keeps your access until the end of your paid period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; see "After cancellation" below for what happens to your access.
If you purchase an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of that plan. Refund requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible under this policy. Renewals of an existing annual subscription are not a new "first purchase" and do not restart the 14-day window.
If you are charged in error, or charged more than once for the same billing period, we will always refund the erroneous or duplicate charge in full, regardless of plan type or how much time has passed. Contact us as soon as you notice the issue so we can correct it quickly.
When you cancel a paid plan, your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. After that period ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan rather than being deleted, and your data remains available to you.
To cancel a plan, use the billing settings in your account. To request a refund, a company admin can open the refund request form from billing settings. Every refund request is reviewed manually by our team -- there is no automatic approval -- within up to 10 business days, and approval is not guaranteed even when a request appears to meet the eligibility rules above. You can also email support@countmybucks.com with your company name and the reason for the request.
